The Turkey Retreat 2025

The overarching goal of our retreats is to create a space and energy that nurtures, inspires, motivates and educates.
This retreat is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the beautiful mountainous landscape of Turkey.
Our daily yoga classes are for all abilities and will be a mixture of strong and gentle flow classes, workshop activities and deep rest practices.
Alongside our yoga there will be optional guided hikes, free use of the incredible gym, take a day trip, lounge by the pool or book a treatment at the on site spa.
On so many levels you get to enhance and customise your retreat and your time in your own way.
Action, rest or a balanced blend of both.
Location
Our retreat will be held at the boutique wellness resort Izz Getaway in Dalaman, Turkey.
You can fly directly from Gatwick to Dalaman airport where it is only a short 20 min transfer (approximately 20 EUR) to our tranquil retreat destination
Accommodation
Deluxe Room
Experience elegance and comfort in the Deluxe Room (pictured below), where nature literally surrounds you. From the earthen roof and the bamboo ceilings, to the views of orchards and forests from your porch, this room is peaceful perfection.
Set on the restaurant and spa side of the resort these rooms are an approximate 5 min walk from where the yoga space and villas are situated. If you want to be part of a group, but also have a little space to retreat into your own little bubble, these are the perfect rooms.
This room sleeps 1-2 people on the basis of a shared double bed or a double bed and sofa bed.
Accommodation
Exclusive Villas
For those seeking an elevated level of luxury the Exclusive Villa option awaits (pictured below).
Nestled on the fringes of majestic pine forests, these stone-crafted havens offer a modern touch with a rustic twist. Each villa comprises two bedrooms (one double bed, two twin beds) both with stunning ensuite bathrooms, kitchen and communal lounge area.
On top of the luxurious interior, each villa has its own private pool, loungers and shaded cabana set amidst breathtaking mountain or forrest views.
There is also a communal pool set amongst the villas and the yoga studio is nestled into the side of the hill, just a short walk from your doorstep.
Villas can accommodate up to 4 people per villa.
Food & Drinks
At our retreat venue Izz Getaway, plates are a creative collaboration of fresh locally sourced ingredients and distinct preparation techniques including fermentation, curing and pickling to enhance the flavour nutritional impact of each dish.
The retreat price includes all your meals on site.
Guests are served a sumptuous breakfast as well as light lunch and 3 course dinner. The retreat is not solely vegetarian or vegan but if you do have any dietary requirements then these can be accommodated by the talented culinary team.
Our hosts are proud supporters of local producers and believe that by creating menus inspired by locally grown products they contribute to the reciprocal development of their community.
Alcohol
Whilst there is a bar on site and the option to drink alcohol on this retreat, we do ask people to drink responsibly.
If you are looking for a trip with heaving drinking and late nights then we advise this is not the trip for you.
We want to send you home feeling rested and refreshed not hungover and haggard.

Prices
Deposits are required upfront, with the remaining balance payable in agreed instalments or in full no later than 2 months before the retreat start date.
Room availability varies. Solo travellers requesting shared rooms will be prioritised for twin bed accommodation.
