Introduction

We are super excited to be hosting you at our Paradox Performance Studio for a purposeful day of reflection, growth and hopefully lots of fun!

Now for the legal bit… because we have to and it helps keep things clear so everything flows smoothly on the day.

This Agreement ("Agreement") is made on the date of signing between Paradox Performance Ltd ("Paradox Performance" or “we” or “us”) and the Client ("Client" or “you”).

Retreat Brief

Paradox Performance will provide:

• A personally designed retreat day featuring expert facilitators, comprehensive materials, and dedicated support staff, all tailored to your unique goals and themes.

• A clear schedule agree with you and shared ahead of time

• A little flexibility — because sometimes the best moments aren’t on the schedule.

• Exclusive access to The Space @ Paradox for the duration of the retreat.

• ·Facilitated sessions supporting authenticity, emotional resilience, and wellbeing in your role as healthcare professionals.

• Use of the Paradox Performance facilities and equipment including:

-       Yoga mats, bolsters, and blocks.

-       Tables, chairs, crockery, glasses, and gorgeous table settings.

-       WIFI (password available on arrival).

-       Audio equipment for music or presentations (making sure we respect the surroundings!).

-       Let us know in advance if there is anything else you require.

• Welcome refreshments and a nourishing lunch (as nobody grows on an empty stomach!)

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel:

• Cancel within 14 working days of the retreat –sadly we will have to charge 50% of the total retreat fee.

• Cancel before that.. we will just keep your deposit – no hard feelings.

If we ever have to cancel:

• Life throws curveballs. If we (Paradox Performance) need to cancel, you'll get every penny refunded — fast.

Your Responsibilities (House Rules!)

We kindly ask you to:

• Treat The Space (and everything in it) like it’s your own sanctuary.

• No smoking, illegal substances, or full-volume karaoke (even if it’s good).

• Cover any damage if something gets broken or harmed.

• Follow any health & safety advice we share.

• Occasionally, one of the team might quietly pop through during the day — we'll always be respectful about it.

Liability & Insurance

• You’re responsible for yourselves and your personal belongings — we can’t be liable for injuries, lost stuff, or unexpected unicorn sightings.

• We’re fully covered with public liability insurance (because... we’re adulting).

• If external disruptions happen (weather tantrums, traffic jams, loud tractors next door), we’re not responsible — but we’ll roll with it together.

Photography, Video & Media

We sometimes take beautiful, candid photos or videos during retreats to capture the energy and share on our platforms.

Don’t worry – you’re in control - please advise us:

• Yes please, feel free to capture the day and use it.

• No thanks, we'd prefer a private experience.

  (We’ll check in closer to the day.)

  If you plan to bring a photographer or film anything commercially, just let us know first — we’ll cheer you on but we need to agree it in writing.

Payment Terms

• You will be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure your date.

• The remaining balance will be due no later than 14 days before your retreat day.

• Payment Methods will be provided on your deposit and sales invoices.

• If you miss the payment deadline we might have to release your spot and keep the deposit. We don’t want to do this!

Changes & Updates

If we ever need to tweak these terms (rare, but sometimes life happens), we will give you fair notice and explain everything clearly.

Agreement Acceptance

We can't wait to share a meaningful, energising, and (probably) life-shifting day with you. Now, let’s make it official... You will be provided with these Terms & Conditions and ability to sign by both parties to agree the terms of this Agreement.
