  • Founder and Coach, Paradox Performance

    Briony’s early career began in the intense field of international crisis management PR within the Shipping Oil & Gas sector.

    For over 10 years Briony provided high-level strategic crisis planning and media consultancy to a global client base of Fortune 500 companies, managers and CEO’s

    The loss of her father in 2016 lead to a career pivot into yoga and wellness.

    Briony has spent the past 7 years as the movement and mindset teacher at Premier League football club, Brighton and Hove Albion, working with World Cup and Champions League winning players, as well as England Internationals and grass roots emerging talents.

    Whether coaching entrepreneurs or athletes, helping highly driven individuals become more self aware, present and mentally resilient in how they tackle the physical and mental demands of their positions has been her purpose over the last 20 years.

    Briony is currently an Ambassador for global sports apparel brand lululemon and across her time in wellbeing has also collaborated with companies such as Soho House, Kinisis Bikes to help support and enhance their wellbeing offerings.

    Founding Paradox Performance in 2024, Briony’s vision is to help promote a more purpose orientated narrative around high performance to industries and individuals.

  • Paradox Performance Practitioner | Mindset Coach

    Education, Leadership and Sport is Steve’s life passion.

    A former academy footballer for Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club and with a long and distinguished teaching career in inner city schools, Steve has emerged as a leading voice within the international football community, guiding and mentoring talent at all levels.

    Sallis currently supports Premier League and Football League Players with mental conditioning support, delivers Leadership Seminars on the UEFA Pro and A’ Licence for the Scottish Football Association and is currently working with the England under 15 National Squad.

    He regularly guest lectures on topics around "Leadership" at Businesses, Schools & Universities, including Linkedin Head office in Dublin and The Institute of Education, Brighton University.

    His unique and extensive experience in both education and elite sport has seen Steve disrupt traditional assumptions about leadership and achieving high performance and his no nonsense empathy driven approach to both, have lead to interview appearances on the iconic High Performance Podcast, BBC Radio 5 Live, Talk Sport, and Netflix

    He is the author of "Educating Football” and “How Not to be a Leadership Di&khead”

  • Richard’s first career was as a performance coach, where he supported teams in preparation for two Summer Olympic Games – London 2012 and Rio 2016 – and the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang.

    In 2015 Richard gave end-of-life care to his mother.

    In 2017 he had surgery due to a serious autoimmune health condition.

    These experiences changed his life, put him on a path of deep reflection and allowed him to truly see what was important to him.

    This inspired him to change careers and provide transformational support for people to look beyond just their careers and job titles. To unlock their unique, untapped potential that allows them to show up in their careers and lives in their fullest expression.

    Richard is also leading a project to create a global festival of sport called “The Gaia Games: For People and Planet.” The mission is to reconnect people to the power of nature and spirit through the inspiration of sport and ancestral wisdom.”

  • Originally trained as an orthopaedic surgeon, Steve began his practice in sports medicine over 20 years ago. His experience has been diverse, working for the armed forces, international rugby and county cricket but predominantly in Premier League football.

    Now a leading physician at Chelsea FC, Steve is passionate about blending his medical experience with contemporary and proven holistic approaches towards supporting individual wellbeing in high performance environments.

    Over the last 6 years he has studied the cultural traditions and science of thermal medicine, hot and cold therapy and holistic smoke and herb rituals throughout Europe.

    Steve’s purpose lies in supporting the whole person, not just the physical body.

    His unique medical and holistic skillset supports his work helping individuals to understand what true wellbeing looks and feels like.

  • Operations Director, Paradox Performance

    With over 20 years of experience in Global Luxury Retail, Kelly has held senior operational roles with iconic British brands including Dunhill, Smythson, Burberry, and Mulberry. Her expertise spans operational management, business processes, and change leadership.

    As a mother of three, Kelly brings a deep understanding of the balance between personal wellbeing and professional performance. Her passion for impactful leadership and team empowerment drives her work at Paradox Performance, where she ensures a seamless delivery of exceptional service.
