A taste of the Dolomites retreat - without leaving the UK.

Join us for a 2-hour immersive evening inspired by our Dolomites Retreat. Begin with a grounding yoga flow with Briony Fisher, followed by small-group Aufguss sauna session led by Experiential Sauna Master Steve Lewis. Between sessions, take time to pause, chill, and connect. Spaces are limited to keep the experience personal.

The Alpine Experience is held at the Paradox Performance Studio just outside the leafy Sussex village of Henfield. The studio is beautifully modern, with plenty of light and comfortable spaces to relax with a book or chat.
